We offer a ten-day, money back guarantee on all monthly subscription fees (for applicable services). All subsequent subscription fees are nonrefundable as the benefits of the service are realized immediately upon payment.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be received in writing within 15 days of invoice billing. Any cancellations received after that time will be scheduled for the following billing cycle and any services attached to the cancelled subscription will be available for use up to and until the cancellation becomes effective.
